OctWe’re not the best couple. We don’t even try to be the best. We’re just two people who managed to stick together despite and probably because of our imperfections. 47 months. That’s how young we are. 47 months.

SepArred and I spent our 46th month together (yay! ♥) in Tagaytay and we were with some of my former HF co-staffers Mica, Millie, and Marco. <ignore> Oh hey, three Ms! </ignore>
And yes, we went to Java Jazz because we love it there and Mica sort of begged me to take her to that lovely cafe, which Hun and I consider “our” chill spot. This is our 7th time there, by the way. We cannot not go to Tagaytay without having a little Java Jazz moment. It’s like going to your home town without visiting your relatives. Not cool.
I’m pretty sure the three Ms (musketeers? lol) loved our food and the ambience of the cafe, judging by their wow’s and mmm’s.
I’d love to take anyone to Java Jazz. Just say please. ;)

SepI love them minions and unicorns.
Unicorns, I love them. Unicorns, I love them.
Last Saturday, The Boyfriend and I had to choose whether we’d go to Tagaytay with my former college orgmates or watch The Expendables at Market!Market!, Taguig. We were already late for the Tagaytay trip, so we decided to watch a movie instead. Angel and Em tagged along, since they were already with The Boyfriend that time.
An hour later, I met up with the three and we decided to watch Despicable Me 3D since it’ll be more fun than The Expendables. I initially hesitated ‘cause I only wanted to watch it on SM iMax. I, however, just gave in. We all wanted to experience the 3D thingamajig at the said mall anyway. And besides, it’s an Ayala Mall, so we know it’s safe to give it a try.
Hun and I have been planning to watch Despicable Me since we first saw the trailer several weeks ago. Back then, we only knew three things: (1) it’s about a Super Villain with tiny funny yellow creatures as accomplices, (2) there’s a cute kiddo, and (3) it’ll be fun if we watched it on 3D.
So there we were—four adults with Brothers Burger take-outs, onion rings, popcorn, Tater drinks and 3D glasses—watching a film in a movie house full of mothers and their kids.
[I had to delete a part of this entry ‘cause I don’t wanna give out certain scenes. No spoilers, I’m nice like that. Har]
The movie’s so good. We were just giggling, laughing, aww-ing, and smiling throughout the duration of the film. It was superb. The minions made it funny. Agnes provided the adorable-ness. And Gru gave the “aww” moments.
We walked out of the movie house trying to be as adorable as Agnes. Of course we failed.
skj^Q@$fglalureaf)(*!bsjdbfasbea@%#$urbfhgd(%*($sf2938470875sdhfksajgbf — DOES THIS COUNT AS ANNOYING? Heee.
Kfyn, that’s more Gru-like than Agnes-like.

Sep[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]Half Of My Heart by John Mayer feat. Taylor Swift
Lonely was the song I sang, til the day you came
Showing me another way, and all that my love can bring
Oh half of my heart’s got a grip on the situation
Half of my heart takes time
Half of my heart has a right mind to tell you that
I can’t keep loving you (can’t keep loving you)
Oh with half of my heart, with half of my heart -

AugA Weekend Getaway: the lazy blogger edition
Lazy Me decided to write this blog entry in bulleted form because first, I’m lazy. Second, my brain pretty much dried up by the end of the trip (you’ll know why later on). Third, I’m afraid I’d overuse some words, phrases, and whatnot. Fourth, it’s easy to just spit out words and not explain [exactly like what I’m doing right now]. Fifth, there is no fifth. Blah blah blah :P
Here’s what you should know ‘bout our trip: we spent our weekend (August 7-9, ‘10) at Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija and at Castañeda, Nueva Vizcaya.

AugSpent time at Java Jazz after our overnight affair with the beach (Kabayan Beach Resort, Batangas). Hun and I were with Ajia, Ate Camille, and Mommy Ine. We enjoyed our coffee, chips and fries, pan de sal, and our Uno session. <3
